1. Cleanse your face and follow your regular morning skincare routine (toner, serum, moisturizer, etc.).
2. Shake the bottle well, about 3-5 times, before each use, as the product is a fluid “milk” consistency and separation can occur.
3. Dispense an appropriate amount onto your fingertips or palm. For the face, a general guideline is about a pea-sized amount, or enough to cover one finger; for the body, an amount covering half of your palm is recommended.
4. Apply the product evenly onto all areas vulnerable to sun exposure, including your face, neck, arms, and legs. Pay close attention to areas like the bridge of the nose and cheekbones.
5. Pat lightly into the skin to aid absorption; avoid rubbing vigorously.
6. Wait approximately 30 minutes for the sunscreen to fully absorb and form its protective barrier before going out into the sun.
