1. সকালে স্কিনকেয়ার রুটিনের (টোনার–সিরাম–ময়েশ্চারাইজার) শেষ ধাপে এটি ব্যবহার করুন।

2. প্রয়োজনীয় পরিমাণ—প্রায় ৩ আঙুলের পরিমাণ বা ১/৪ চা চামচ নিন।

3. মুখ, গলা, কান, হাত–পা সহ রোদে থাকা অংশগুলোতে সমানভাবে লাগান।

4. হালকাভাবে পাট–পাট করে শোষণ করান।

5. রোদে বের হওয়ার ১৫–৩০ মিনিট আগে প্রয়োগ করুন।

1. Cleanse your face and complete your regular morning skincare routine (toner, serum, moisturizer). The sun gel is the last step before makeup application.
2. Dispense an adequate amount of the product into your hand. A common guideline for the face is to use an amount that covers about the length of three fingers or roughly a 1/4 teaspoon amount.
3. Gently and evenly spread the gel over all areas exposed to the sun, including your face, neck, ears, arms, and legs.
4. Pat lightly until the product is fully absorbed into the skin.
5. Allow time for absorption. It takes about 15-30 minutes for the sunscreen to fully absorb and form its protective barrier before you go out into the sun.

• Reapplication is crucial: Reapply the sun gel at least every two hours.
