Use at the last step of your skincare routine before makeup, preferably 30 minutes prior to sun exposure. Take a dime-size amount and spread evenly onto face.To use the TIAM Daily Sun Care Cream 50ml, apply it as the last step of your morning skincare routine at least 15 minutes before sun exposure and reapply every two hours or after swimming or sweating.Application Guide- Timing: Apply the sunscreen at least 15 to 30 minutes before going outdoors to allow the ingredients to become fully effective.
- Amount: Use a generous amount of product. The widely recommended amount for the face and neck is roughly two fingers’ worth of cream.
- Technique: Gently massage the sunscreen into your skin, ensuring all exposed areas (face, neck, ears, etc.) are covered and blended evenly.
- Reapplication: Reapply the cream every two hours, especially if you are swimming, sweating, or spending extended time outdoors. For reapplication over makeup, you can take a small amount and gently pat it onto your face.
